The Artist

Berto Rodriguez is a Texas-based fine art photographer whose work explores the landscapes, architecture, storms, working heritage, and cultural identity of the places he calls home.

Working primarily in black and white, his photographs emphasize atmosphere, composition, texture, and a strong sense of place. His work is rooted in the belief that photography should do more than decorate a wall — it should preserve memory, create connection, and carry meaning over time.

After a 20-year career in the United States Marine Corps and a professional career in enterprise technology, Berto brings a disciplined, detail-focused approach to his photography. Every photograph that carries his name reflects a commitment to craftsmanship, authenticity, and museum-quality presentation.

His collections are shaped by Texas: its wide-open landscapes, historic architecture, working landmarks, storms, traditions, and quiet details that often go unnoticed. Whether photographing a windmill on the South Plains, the architecture of downtown Lubbock, the Texas Capitol, or the symbolic presence of the Fort Worth longhorn herd, his work is created to preserve not only a place, but the feeling of standing there.

Berto Rodriguez Fine Art exists to create photographs that become part of homes, offices, collections, and stories — work that honors Texas honestly and is built to last.
